The location was perfect, just steps away from some excellent restaurants and not far from a top tapas bar. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the experience a lot smoother.

Friendly staff, spacious room, great breakfast choice. I appreciated the accommodating reception staff and the spacious room with a large, beautiful bathroom while enjoying the hotel's excellent location just 100 meters from the main shopping avenue.

Unfortunately, maintenance issues were hard to overlook. the heavy glass terrace door was tough to open, and the lock system was non-functional. The room itself felt dated, with broken tiles in the bathroom and signs of mold, which was off-putting. Also, sound insulation left a lot to be desired, with noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms frequently breaking any semblance of privacy. The absence of basic amenities like a coffee maker in the room felt like a missed opportunity for comfort.

It was just a great match for a temporary stay in Barcelona with decent value for money. The staff was friendly, and the coffee from the breakfast machine was one of the best I've had. Don't skip breakfast, it's worth it.
